Before you connect a site
What does the Moodle token need?
A web-service token that can read site info, courses, enrolments and assignments. If you use the Attendance module, add that too. Messages are sent as that token's user.
What if Attendance is not installed?
The rest of the deck still opens. Registers say the web service is missing, and that part can be removed.
Does the agent message tutors on its own?
No. Overdue marking and unmarked registers wait in the queue until someone approves the exact message. Direct messages, about a student who is late or flagged, are sent by a person.
Can more than one person use a deck?
Yes. The main account adds emails and ticks the pages each person sees. They sign in with a starter password and choose their own before the deck opens.
